The Theory on How Saucers Fly is based on the fact that the Noble Gases on the Periodic Chart of Elements can and do carry an electrical charge in isolation.

 

The Noble Gases mix with no other Elements; and, can carry an electrical charge in isolation.

 

The best domestic example of a Noble Gas carrying an electrical charge is the Fluorescent Light.

 

All electrical charges create a positive and negative magnetic field.

 

By layering the Noble Gases within a Saucer shaped craft; layering from greater to lesser, based on the Periodic Chart of Elements atomic weight for each Noble Gas in isolation.

 

The heaviest atomic weight Noble Gas firstly introduced at the bottom and lesser atomically weighted Noble Gases carefully feathered in above; in what is to be created, is a system of isolated rings capable of each carrying an electical charge in isolation.

 

All electrical charges create a magnetic field; and all magnetic fields have both a positive (attracting) and negative (repelling) magnetic electrical field pole.

 

Each greater atomic weighted Noble Gas has a stronger or lesser magnetic field as based upon its atomic weight on the Peroidic Chart of Elements; with the higher atomically weighted Noble Gases carrying a greater electrical charge and therefore a greater magnetic field.

 

Stacking the Noble Gases would cause the heavier atomically weighted Gases to the bottom; and, electrically with the addition of a stronger electrical magnetic field of the heavier atomically weighted Gases too thereby dominating adjoining lesser atomically weighted Noble Gases; layered toward the Top.

 

Sort of a Push/Pull deal allowing the magnetic fields to be fashioned thus.

 

An electrical charge than applied to the layered Noble Gases held in place within the Saucer shape; each carrying a electrical charge in isolation.

 

Due to the fact that no Noble Gas mixes with any other Element or greater atomically weighted Noble Gas; each magnetic positive and negative poled electrical field would align itself so as to attract or repel Noble Gases adjoining.

 

It being possible to send an independent electrical charge through some or all the Noble Gases; altering polarity and magnetic fields within.

 

Electrons within each Noble Gas would be excited by the electrical charge so as to exchange electrons with all the Noble Gases contained within the Saucers confinement.

 

Altering there Elemental make-up.

 

Exchanging Electron ions under electrical charge.

 

New Elements (under electrical charge); due to the exchange of Electron ions under electrical charge, thus filling up the current gapes in the upper end of today's atomic weighted Elemental Chart of the currently listed Periodic Chart of Elements.

 

Discovery of new Elements; electrically phased.

 

Created  within the currently vacant upper end of the Periodic Chart of Elements via electrical charge rather than as created on the lower end of the Periodic Chart of Elements by atomic radiation via the exchange of heavy  hydrogen atoms.

 

Those new Elements added to the Periodic Chart of Elements fleetingly being gauged as New Elements to be listed upon the Periodic Chart of Elements under electrical charge.

 

There is a principle of sliding magnetic motion between positive and negative magnetic fields adequately demonstrated with any two magnets.

 

Think of it as solving several problems related to economical Space Travel and Engine Development.

 

The need for a propulsion which would approximate the Speed of Light, whilst also providing a protective central chamber of surrounding magnetic field, providing to travelers an Earthlike gravitational field there within.
